TYSM Horizontal Split Centrifugal Pump 

General Introduction:

TYSM axial split double suction centrifugal pump is horizontal, single-stage, double-suction centrifugal pump. Pump casing and bearing housing are both axial split structure, the rotor part can be installed and disassembled quickly.

The performance scope of this pump is wide, applying in pumping cleaning, mini-solid grain neutral or corrosive liquid, 10%-15% energe-savings than old S type pump.

The centrifugal pump is accordance with API610 Standard.

Structure Features:

Axial Dissection Casing:

Suction and discharge piping are both in the bottom of casing, we can check the spares and replace rotor parts without dismounting piping or piping system.

The large caliber of inlet and outlet can low flowing speed and noises.

Double-suction impeller:

Hi-efficiency and good cavitation performance.

Double-suction shrouded impeller balance axial force of rotor.

Shaft and Bearing:

Rigid shaft makes a small deflection in shaft sealing.

Wear Ring:

Wear ring with step mounted on pump casing, make it easy to install and uninstall.

Bearing housing:

Axial dissection bearing housing is convenient for dismounting and installation.

Sealing type:

The shaft sealing can adopt both stuffing sealing and mechanical sealing.

Rotation direction:

The direction of centrifugal pump is anti-clockwise from the view of driver, we can change it into clockwise according to customers requirement.
